Dear Nowruz Commission friends:

As we announced at our gala event in March 2017, we will not be hosting our annual Nowruz gala in March 2018.

Nowruz Commission has two primary objectives driving our mission: first, to promote and preserve “Togetherness” at Nowruz, and second, to use that togetherness to do good work. Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds — six words and thirty letters are the foundation of our mission.

We will continue our tradition of togetherness at Nowruz with a greater focus on good deeds until the year 2020. As announced last year, we are taking off our tuxedos and our white gloves and we are getting to work on the Nowruz Commission NC America 2020 Project.

Nowruz Commission will share a report on NC America 2020 when it is available.

On behalf of the volunteers (Officers, Board members and Co-founders of the Nowruz Commission), we remain grateful to all Nowruz Commission supporters, distinguished Nowruz Commission Ambassadors, and express our sincere appreciation for your support and encouragement.
